Since we are coming close to our unit exam, our warm up today is a review of the unit. Next we review the different t methods for determining the age of fossils and rocks, and climate patterns from Earth’s past that were used to create the Geologic Time Scale.
Next we did a gallery walk around the classroom reading about the different extinction theories for the dinosaurs. On a chart given to them in class we identified the "what happened", the evidence that supports the theory and the evidence that goes against this theory. If you did not finish, the handouts are found below.
